The first stage of this process is for you to complete the enquiry form at the bottom of the Contact Me page, which I will always respond to within 24 hours of receiving. This will then be followed up with a 30 – 40 minute telephone call between us, to discuss your current situation in greater detail and to get to know each other a lot more. The content and rapport we share and talk through during this call will help you decide if you want to work with me….
Fees
This initial stage is completely Free Of Charge.
*Many clients request a slightly longer session duration, as they feel 60 minutes is sometimes not enough. This can be discussed in our initial consultation.
*Clients get unlimited access to me 24/7 via Phone, Email and Text as that’s the commitment and service I give.
*As no individual situation is rarely ever the same, until we speak for the first time it’s difficult to know how many sessions you will need. However, I will never make a request to see anyone further, if it’s not required, but will always be available for a top-up if needed.

Cancellation Policy
Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If for any reason a session is cancelled less than 24 hours prior, the full fee will be charged. You may also enquire whether there is an option to meet virtually if you’re unable to attend an in-person session.
